Press Tour Day Six

Standard

Flash AHA. I can’t help it. I told you. “Flash” was one of the many shows we did today. It’s premiering on Sci-Fi in August. The pilot was a little rough, but I’m going to give it a second chance. Let’s see… Oh, the gang from Mad Men was here. You guys have to check out that show on AMC Thursday night. I have the biggest crush on the lead Jon Hamm, but I hid it well today. :-) Let me just say he’s as good looking with mussed hair as he is when it’s all slicked back. (I think he’s my Dr. Sam in the Bronwyn books) The gang from The Company was here and Holly Hunter’s new show. Christane Amanpour (SP I’m too tired to look up the spelling) was here. I love her.

Star Jones was here. ’nuff said. Tom Brokaw was here for the History Channel. He’s still so cool. And this afternoon we had Tim Gunn, I love that guy, with his new show. I promise I haven’t had anything to drink, but my brain feels like I have. I think maybe I might be a little tired. :-) Tonight’s party was at the Beverly Hills Friars Club where Frank Sinatra and the gang used to hang out. Very cool.

Okay, so I’m like gonna crash.

Here’s what I want to know from you guys… Do you read the newspaper? What’s your favorite section of the paper?

  1. I’m so jealous

    I think you’re in my heaven. :-)
I used to get the paper, but I read it online now…especially cnn.com and msnbc.msn.com.
I read the gossip first on msnbc. :-)

  2. Hey, just popping in to say hello. Our Internet was shut off at our apartment on the scheduled date, but our move was delayed, so I’ve been without Internet for a couple of months (*shudder!*). I have A LOT to catch up on, but I will be posting here again regularly soon. I forgot we were about to lose our Net access, or I’d have said a temporary goodbye before I disappeared…sorry about that. :)

I did pick up your latest, Candy, although I haven’t had a chance to read it yet. :D

  3. I’m not a newspaper reader, I usually read an article on Yahoo if I see something interesting on the little news box.*g*
    Hugs, Danette
