I just finished talking to Genie Francis (ex-Laura, “General Hospital”) about her new movie “The Note.” It made me think if I had one minute to write something to someone I loved what would it be? I didn’t have to think long, it would be a note to my kids telling them I loved them and how much they mean to me.

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m trying to live life without regrets. It’s tough. There are always going to be those times when you wished you hadn’t/had said something, or wished you made a different choice. I keep telling my kids, if you have to do something that doesn’t make you feel good about yourself, then there’s a good chance you need to stop and take a look at what’s going on.

So what I want to know from you guys today is if you had one minute to live what would you write and who would it be to?

  1. To the Three

I love you. It is literally, a dream come true, to have you in my life. I believe in you completely. I want you to live happy and satisfying lives. Keep learning, and seeking out “truth.” Live consciously, with finances (be smart), health, love and family. Live your best life, and don’t fret over the bumps along the way. They’re suppose to be there. Keep moving forward; it’s the key to success. I know whatever you do, you’ll become amazing at it. Enjoy the moments; that’s all we really have. Thank you for your love while I am here. Truly, I am blessed.
