Angry Monks and House Spoilers

Standard

The picture of the monks protesting in Myanmar got to me this morning. How bad do things have to be if the Monks are staging protests? Go Monks! Carry on your saffron revolution.

And why did they have to change Burma to Myanmar. Don’t they know I have enough trouble with geography? :-)

Okay, I have sort of spoilers on House and Bones. If you hate spoilers, then stop reading… Except I’m keeping that favorite artist question open from yesterday ’cause I found some great art thru you guys…

House… In the first episode House has to solve a case on his own, and it doesn’t go quite the way he likes. There are some very funny moments in this one, and that the same time it’s dire straights for the poor patient. He also thinks he might be going crazy because he keeps seeing people from his past. On the second episode he has a room full of hopefuls who want to work with him, and he has his own process of whittling them down. One of the funniest and clever episodes I’ve ever seen.

On Bones… Things are awkward all the way around as the group tries to solve a crime where it looks like cannibals were involved. This turns into the story that becomes the season arc and I don’t want to spoil it for you, but it’s really cool. :-)

BUT you have to watch Reaper on the CW tonight. OMG that is the funniest show and the pilot was directed by Kevin Smith. (“Clerks”) If Gilmore Girls had to be gone, I’m glad to at least have Reaper. I mean it’s about a guy whose parents sold his soul to the devil, what’s not to love? :-)

And don’t forget to share your favorite artist with me. You guys came up with some amazing websites for me to check out yesterday.
