Free Books and Stuff

Standard

I fell into a time warp somewhere and totally lost track of the days. I think it’s Wednesday, which means I have a lot to do before Friday. ;-)

I forgot to talk about my fun Saturday. I went to a class taught by Kara Lennox/Karen Lebo, about psychics. Learned all kinds of fun stuff. After a great lunch with DARA members I hung out with Rosemary at her booksigning at Lone Star Comics. It was a lot of fun, but I came home broke. I bought so many comics, I mean like a lot. And a Yellow Submarine lunch box. (I couldn’t help myself.)

I’ve been working on stories about the new reality series “On the Lot,” and why serial dramas drive us mad.

THE BIG WINNER FOR THE APRIL BOOK is Lynn Matherly. Lynn, email me and I’ll send you an autographed copy of Cathy Spangler’s Touched By Darkness.

Remember the more you post the more your name goes in the hopper.

My friend A. Lee Martinez is teaching a great class for our Write_Workshop. You can join through my website http://www.candacehavens.com.

  1. Ah, my pseudo-sister Kara. :) Her alter ego was also my roommate with my alter ego at a conference/retreat many years ago. She’s a lot of fun. :)

So, what comics did you get?
