Day Eight

Standard

It’s hard to believe we are half way through the tour. The last two days were CBS. I actually liked a lot of their shows, which almost never happens. I mentioned these before, but I especially liked the alien drama Threshold, and the comedy How I Met Your Mother. Mandy Patinkin was here along with Thomas Gibson and Shemar Moore for Criminal Minds. I love Mandy, but he was a bit pompous today. Doesn’t matter. The guy can sing like nobody I know. Oh, in the great news department. I read my first review for “Charmed & Dangerous.” It’s a weird thing to see some else’s interpretation of your book. I don’t know if it will work, but here’s the link: http://www.thecelebritycafe.com/books/full_review/477.html It’s a great review, and I so appreciate that being the first one I saw. :-) The funny thing is, they used baseball analogies. Anyone who knows me, knows that sports, well, not really my thing. But I most definitely understood the home run comment. Tomorrow is another very early day. We have UPN coming in with Chris Rock and a bunch of other folks. They have some pretty hot properties this year. It’s not like what you are used to seeing on that network. Wondering what Chris will be like… Sometimes the funniest guys are way too serious when it comes to doing press.
