Day Six

Hugh Hefner. Now there’s a guy I shouldn’t like. He’s all about objectifying women in a way that many people think is demeaning. And me, well I’m all about empowerment. I write about strong women. Women who make a difference in the world. Women who kick butt. I honestly don’t know what I think about Hefner’s chosen profession and his products, but I like the guy. He’s charming, and just kind of cool. He’s an 80 year-old guy with three twenty something girlfriends, who lives life to the fullest. I respect that in an odd sort of way. He says’s he’s happier than he’s ever been. I met his girlfriends, I think most guys would be extremely happy with that arrangement. We all use our sexuality to some extent, and I certainly use that in my books. I don’t know, maybe it’s a case of liking the person, but not necessarily what they do. Don’t worry. I won’t be hanging at the Playboy mansion any time soon, just thought he was an interesting guy. Radio is early tomorrow morning. Peace Out.
