  1. Hi Everyone

Hi everyone! Welcome to my first blog. Thanks Alley for setting this up for me. She just did a total rehaul on the site. It’s pretty cool. I’m working on a couple of things right now, none of which I can talk about yet. I just turned in the second book to Berkley. It’s temporarily titled “Charmed & Ready.” That will most likely change. And I have a lovely new editor, Anne Sowards. I should have a publicaiton date on book 2 soon. I’ve been reading a lot the last two weeks. Some of my favorites are Gayle Dayton’s “Compass Rose,” Gena Showalter’s “Awaken Me Darkly” (Release is June 1), and Karen Kelley’s “Southern Exposure.” Right now I’m reading my buddy A. Lee Martinez’ book “Gil’s All Fright Diner.” It’s so funny.

  2. June 2

Summer is here and the world has gone crazy. Finding a peaceful moment in a house full of teens is close to impossible. It’s day two and they are already driving me crazy. Okay, that’s the end of that rant. Truth is, I am working on something in the fiction realm and it’s really exciting for me. As far as Bronwyn news, I’m waiting to hear what my new editor thinks of the second book. She did give me a possible publication date of Sept. 2006, for that one. I had such a great time writing it and the story is a lot of fun. In the non-fiction world I’m working stories invovling Denis Leary (Rescue Me begins its new season June 21), Kathy Hilton and Tommy Hilfiger, all of whom are really nice folks. Oh, and I’m reading Life of Pi. Those first hundred pages are killer, but now I can’t put it down. Oh, and today’s best news is that the bound galleys of “Charmed & Dangerous” are on the way. I can’t wait to see them.
